IPL is a non-invasive treatment that uses high intensity pulses of visible light to improve the appearance of your skin. Using carefully controlled pulses of light, at the optimum wavelength, blemishes are reduced whilst boosting the production of collagen and elastin to create fresh and smoother-looking skin.

An advanced, non-invasive treatment that, after a series of treatments, will result in improvement of sun and age spots, broken capillaries, spider veins, rosacea, red acne scars and facial redness. Treatments can be performed on the face, neck, chest and hands. Naturalux IPL removes pigment by releasing precisely controlled, short pulses of filtered light that are absorbed by the melanin in freckles, sun spots or liver spots. The pigmented area absorbs the light and is heated and then removed by skin renewal. It offers a breakthrough treatment for red vein removal, thread veins and permanent red flushing as it can effectively and quickly remove veins that are too small for other removal techniques.

Naturalux IPL offers excellent results in the treatment of rosacea and sun-damaged skin to give an even and fresh skin tone. Carefully controlled pulses of light target the surrounding affected areas which are easily absorbed by the haemoglobin in the red blood cells. This then damages the wall of the blood vessels allowing the body’s own natural defence to remove this tissue resulting in a reduction in the unevenness of skin colour.
