How long does treatment take?

Following a consultation, a typical treatment may take approximately 20 to 30 minutes depending on how many areas require treatment.

Is treatment painful?

Especially if you are sensitive to injections, an anaesthetic cream will be applied to numb the area to be injected. Using the new Teosyal ® PURESENSE range which contains the local anaesthetics lidocaine, any discomfort should be minimal.

What is TEOSYAL^®?

TEOSYAL^® is a dermal filler based on hyaluronic acid (HA) which occurs naturally in the body. The viscoelastic and rehydrating properties of TEOSYAL^® restore suppleness, elasticity and tone to your skin.

Is TEOSYAL^® safe?

Is an allergy test necessary?

Are there any side effects?

Following injection, slight discomfort or swelling and a little redness may appear at the points of entry. These side effects generally lessen within 3 hours and disappear completely within an average of 24 hours. All skin injection procedures carry a small risk of infection.

Is TEOSYAL^® suitable for all skin types?

TEOSYAL^® is suitable for all skin tones and colours, for both men and women. TEOSYAL^® injections are not advised for pregnant or breastfeeding women or people with known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, autoimmune disease or other diseases affecting the immune system.
